What we are especially glad to hear about

• Mistakes. A product that has been discontinued, a specification that has changed, a claim that does not hold up. We correct in place and move the page's last-updated date — see our editorial policy.
• Guides that do not exist yet. If you came here looking for something and did not find it, that is useful information.
• Gifts that did not land. If something we recommended was a bad recommendation for a situation we described, we want to know so the page can say so.

What we cannot help with

We are not a retailer. We cannot process returns, track orders, check stock or handle warranty claims — those all sit with whoever you bought from. If a purchase has gone wrong, the retailer's customer service is the right place, and their terms govern it. Detail on that in our terms.
